4. Prioritise Proper Form: Learn the correct form for exercises to prevent injuries and maximise results. Consider working with a personal trainer or attending group fitness classes for guidance.
5. Listen to Your Body: Pay attention to your body's signals. If you're feeling pain or fatigue, take a break or modify your workout.
