Pink Powerhouse is a women-only gym located in Colne, founded by Aggie, an experienced online coach and personal trainer. With a clear vision to create a safe and empowering fitness space, Pink Powerhouse offers women the perfect environment to train, connect, and become their strongest, healthiest selves.
The gym underwent a major transformation from its previous life as a dark, cramped strongman facility with typical “old-school” gym vibes. Aggie reimagined the space into a bright, welcoming, and inspiring women’s gym designed specifically to support female fitness and wellbeing.
Today, Pink Powerhouse provides expert personal training sessions alongside a supportive community atmosphere where women can lift weights, improve their strength, and embrace a lifestyle of health and confidence. The gym is designed to be as empowering as it is inviting — a place where women grow stronger together.
How Freyja Fit Helped Create the Space
Freyja Fit partnered with Aggie to help bring her bold, feminine vision for Pink Powerhouse to life. Together, we developed a women’s gym space that combines high-performance strength equipment with a vibrant, empowering aesthetic.
We supplied a full range of premium strength training equipment and flooring in Pink Powerhouse’s signature pink colour scheme. This includes durable EPDM pink fleck gym flooring, pink bumper plates, pink hex dumbbells, change plates, and barbells — all carefully selected to inspire confidence and create an uplifting, motivating workout environment for women.
