We're committed to getting your beautiful fitness equipment to you safely and efficiently. Our shipping methods are designed to ensure your pink and pastel gym equipment arrives in perfect condition, ready to empower your fitness journey.
1. Delivery Methods & Timescales
Stock Products (Ready to Ship)
- Standard Parcel Delivery: 2-4 business days
- Pallet Delivery: 3-5 business days
- Express Delivery: 1-2 business days (additional charges may apply)
Custom/Made-to-Order Products
- Manufacturing Time: 4-8 weeks
- Shipping Time: 2-4 weeks additional
- Total Estimated Delivery: 6-12 weeks from order confirmation
Gym Flooring & Installation
- Delivery Only: 5-7 business days

With Installation: 2-3 weeks (includes installation scheduling)
2. Dispatch Information
Order Processing Times
- Orders placed before 2pm (Mon-Fri): Dispatched same day (stock items only)
- Orders placed after 2pm or weekends: Dispatched next business day
- Custom orders: Dispatched upon completion of manufacturing
Order Tracking
- All orders include tracking information
- You'll receive dispatch confirmation with tracking details
- Track your order at any time through your account or tracking link
3. Delivery Methods Explained
Standard Parcel Delivery
- Suitable for: Accessories, small equipment, apparel
- May requires signature upon delivery
- Safe place delivery available upon request (at your risk)
- 1 re-delivery attempt included
Pallet Delivery (Heavy Equipment)
- Suitable for: Dumbbells, barbells, plates, large equipment
- Kerbside delivery only - delivered to your property boundary
- Two-person assistance recommended for unloading
- Delivery Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm
- 48-hour delivery window notification
- Ground floor access required
Installation Service
- Available for gym flooring and all equipment products
- Professional two-person installation team
- Installation quote provided separately
- Current lead time: 1-4 weeks

4. Delivery Requirements
For Pallet Deliveries
- Clear access to delivery address
- Ground floor delivery only (unless lift access available)
- Two people available to assist with unloading
- Suitable space for pallet truck access
Address Requirements
- Complete and accurate delivery address required
- Contact telephone number mandatory
- Special delivery instructions welcomed
5. International Shipping & Customs
Customs & Duties
- International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes
- These charges are determined by your local customs authority
- Customers are responsible for all customs fees
- Freyja Fit is not liable for customs-related delays or charges
VAT Information
- UK orders: VAT included at point of sale (when registered)
- International orders: No UK VAT charged, but local taxes may apply
- EU customers: VAT (when registered) may be collected at checkout for some regions
6. Delivery Issues & Problem Resolution
Failed Deliveries & Re-delivery
- Parcel deliveries: 1 free re-delivery attempt included
- Pallet deliveries: Re-delivery charges may apply
- Collection from depot available as alternative
Failed delivery is considered customer responsibility if:
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided
- No access to delivery location or no one available to accept delivery
- Unsafe delivery conditions or refusal to accept delivery
Damaged or Missing Items
- Inspect items immediately upon delivery
- Report issues within 48 hours to info@freyjafit.co.uk
- Include: order number, photos of damage, description of issue
- We'll arrange replacement/return at our expense or provide full refund
