Return & Exchange Policy
Freyja Fitness Limited (Trading as Freyja Fit)
At Freyja Fit, we want you to love your beautiful gym equipment. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer straightforward returns and exchanges.
Your Statutory Right to Cancel
Under Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel domestic purchases and receive a full refund within 14 days of delivery. You must notify us in writing or email, and return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Items that are personalised or made to your specific requirements cannot be returned under these regulations. We reserve the right to deduct from your refund if returned items show signs of use, chalk residue, scratches, or damage. Deductions are based on the reduction in the item's value.
What Cannot Be Returned
Our 14-day return policy applies to domestic use only and excludes:
- Commercial or business purchases
- Pre-order items once manufacturing has begun
- Custom colour combinations beyond our standard range
- Made-to-order gym flooring cut to your specifications
- Items showing signs of use or wear
Any promotional items or free gifts must be returned with cancelled orders, or you'll be charged their retail value.
Return Process
To return items:
- Email info@freyjafit.co.uk within 14 days of delivery
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide a Return Authorisation Number
- Return goods within 7 days of receiving authorisation
- Items must be securely packaged - couriers cannot collect unpackaged goods
Installation Services
Installation services cannot be cancelled once completed. We'll ask you to sign confirmation before starting any installation work. This doesn't affect your right to have faulty workmanship corrected.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If items arrive damaged or faulty:
- Email info@freyjafit.co.uk immediately with photos
- Include order number and description of the issue
- We'll resolve this quickly at our expense
