In England, it’s estimated about 1 in 4 of us will experience a mental health problem at some point each year. With the stark reality that 17 people in the UK lose their battle with mental health every day, we are taking meaningful action through an innovative blend of fitness and wellbeing support. Research shows that 45% of UK adults experience improved mental wellbeing through physical activity, and we’re harnessing that powerful connection.

What makes us different is our holistic approach. We’re not just a fitness brand - we’re a movement for mental wellness. By focussing on the unique challenges women face across different stages of life, we’re creating safe, supportive spaces where physical strength nurtures mental resilience.

Our mission extends far beyond the physical equipment. We’re building a community where movement becomes a cornerstone of mental health, empowering individuals to thrive both physically and mentally.

 

What We Do

Empowerment through movement — We design gym equipment and share content with women in mind. It’s not just about lifting heavier, it’s about feeling strong, capable, and proud in the process.

Creating inclusive spaces — Whether at home or in gyms, we strive to provide a welcoming environment free from judgement. Colours, styles, designs, we pay attention to the details because we know they matter to how you feel walking in.

Education & guidance — For those new to strength training (or returning after a break), we share expert guidance, how-to’s, tips and support so you can go at your own pace.

Community & connection — You're not alone. Through our blog, ambassadors, and social channels, we aim to build connections: people who lift, cheer one another on, share struggles, and celebrate wins.

Mindful rest & recovery —  Just as vital as training, recovery means honoring your body’s need for rest, mental pauses, and intentional recharge.

Supporting Charity Projects

We're proud to support local health initiatives in Bristol and beyond and most recently we are delighted to contribute to charity projects that make a real difference for local youth centres:

Youth Moves (Youth Moves)

The 224 Youth Zone is a new £11.3 million youth centre being built in South Bristol, designed to give young people a safe, affordable space to socialise, learn, and grow. Due to open in spring 2026, it will offer more than 20 evening activities each week, from sports and climbing to music, drama, and employability workshops.  Alongside fun and creative opportunities, the centre will also provide vital support around wellbeing, mental health, and personal development, becoming a major hub for youth services in the city.

OnSide Youth Zone (OnSide - A national youth charity that's here for young people)

OnSide is a charity that creates state-of-the-art Youth Zones in some of the UK’s most disadvantaged areas, providing safe, inspiring spaces where young people can discover their potential. Each Youth Zone offers affordable access to a wide range of activities, from sport and arts to training and employability support, all delivered by skilled and dedicated youth workers. With a focus on building confidence, skills, and ambition, the charity helps young people lead positive, fulfilling lives while acting as a vital hub for youth support within local communities.
