Pink Powerhouse
Pink Powerhouse is a women-only gym in Colne, founded by personal trainer Aggie to create a safe, welcoming space for women to train, connect, and grow stronger together.
Transformed from a dark, old-school strongman facility, the gym is now a bright and inspiring space tailored to female fitness. With expert personal training and a strong sense of community, Pink Powerhouse empowers women to lift confidently and embrace a healthier, more confident lifestyle.

The Barbelle Club
The Barbelle Club, located in Basingstoke, is a dedicated women-only gym founded by personal trainer Erin with a clear and empowering mission: to help women build strength, confidence, and a sense of community.
More than just a fitness facility, The Barbelle Club serves as a supportive environment where women come together to pursue their goals through group sessions, personal training, and open gym access.
The club is designed to make fitness approachable, enjoyable, and inclusive—creating a welcoming space where every woman feels motivated and empowered from the moment she steps inside.
Renew Women's Fitness
Renew Women’s Fitness is a women-only gym and wellbeing centre in Exeter, set in a beautiful Grade II listed barn. Opened in 2025, it offers a peaceful, inclusive space for women to build strength, improve fitness, and focus on holistic self-care through classes, personal training, and therapies.
Freyja Fit collaborated with Recharge Fitness on the full gym fit-out, combining commercial-grade performance with a soft, welcoming aesthetic.
We supplied feminine-toned equipment—including pastel bumper plates, green dumbbells, and yoga mats—helping create a space where women feel confident, comfortable, and supported.
Body Image Fitness
Body Image Fitness is more than a gym — it’s a movement dedicated to celebrating and empowering every body. Founded by Head Coach Kim, the space was created to move away from diet culture and redefine what it truly means to feel fit.
Rooted in inclusivity, support, and body neutrality, Body Image Fitness offers a welcoming environment where members can build strength, confidence, and a positive relationship with movement — free from pressure or unrealistic expectations.
We were proud to partner with Kim and her team to bring this vision to life, equipping the gym with premium Freyja Fit strength equipment to create an uplifting, empowering space for every member who walks through the door.
