Our vision is to make gyms more beautiful and female-friendly. We want gyms across the UK full of colour and inspiring design, not just the typical black steel look. Most importantly, we want more women to feel confident lifting. We’re more than an equipment supplier; we aim to change mindsets, support women, and champion strength. By creating beautiful, functional equipment designed to empower women, we've made training more accessible and less intimidating.
Our pink barbells, pastel dumbbells, and welcoming spaces have transformed homes, studios, and gyms across the UK. When someone sees equipment made with women in mind, it sends a clear message: this space is for you.

Meet Lisa - The Woman Behind Freyja Fit
Hi! I’m Lisa, a busy mum to two energetic boys, Archie and Albie. Between school runs, work calls, and family life, I used to find it impossible to make time for myself. But I’ve learned that self-care isn’t selfish, it’s essential.
That’s why I created Freyja Fit. I believe movement and exercise are powerful tools for supporting mental wellbeing, and if our equipment inspires even one more woman to start moving, we’ve made a difference.
My background as a lawyer and chartered tax adviser might seem far from pink dumbbells, but those skills helped me build Freyja Fit from the ground up. Now, my goal is simple: to help every woman feel excited about fitness, confident in the gym, and proud of her strength.
