Take the strain off your shoulders and hips with the Freyja Fit Barbell Pad — the must-have accessory for squats, hip thrusts, lunges, and glute bridges. Designed to protect against pressure and discomfort, it lets you focus on perfecting your form and building strength with confidence.

Made from thick, high-density foam, the pad evenly distributes weight across your body, reducing pain and improving comfort even under heavy loads. It fits securely onto all standard and Olympic bars (approx. 25–30mm diameter) and stays in place throughout your workout — no slipping, no distractions. Available in pastel pink, blue, or green, it brings both function and style to your training.

  • Cushioned protection for squats, hip thrusts, lunges, and glute bridges
  • Increases comfort when the bar rests on shoulders during squats
  • Thick, high-density foam for durability and long-lasting support
  • Fits all standard and Olympic barbells (25–30mm diameter)
  • Lightweight and portable for use at home or in the gym
  • Available in pink, blue, green or purple
