1.1 These terms and conditions govern the sale and purchase of products through our website.

1.2 You will be asked to expressly agree to these terms before placing an order.

1.3 These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

2. Definitions

2.1 "We/us/our" means Freyja Fitness Limited (Trading as Freyja Fit) 2.2 "You/your" means our customer or prospective customer 2.3 "Products" means fitness equipment, accessories, and related items sold through our website 2.4 "Custom Products" means products manufactured specifically to order 2.5 "Stock Products" means products held in our inventory ready for immediate dispatch. 2.6 "Pre-order Products" means products available for advance purchase before they arrive in our inventory.

3. Order Process

3.1 Product advertisements constitute invitations to treat, not contractual offers.

3.2 To place an order: (a) add products to your shopping cart; (b) proceed to checkout and select delivery options; (c) confirm your order and agree to these terms; (d) complete payment through our secure payment provider; (e) receive order acknowledgement from us; (f) receive order confirmation once we verify availability.

3.3 For Custom Products: (a) we will provide manufacturing timeline estimates; (b) deposit payment may be required; (c) final confirmation will include delivery schedule; (d) balance payment will be required before dispatch.

3.4 We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Products

4.1 Our product range includes: (a) Fitness equipment (dumbbells, barbells, plates, kettlebells); (b) Gym accessories (mats, ropes, collars, bags); (c) Gym flooring and installation services; (d) Activewear and branded merchandise.

4.2 Products may be Stock Products or Custom Products, as indicated on the product page.

4.3 We may change our product range without notice and do not guarantee continued availability of any product.

5. Prices and Payment

5.1 Prices are quoted in British Pounds (£) and will include VAT at the current rate when VAT Registered.

5.2 Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected by subsequent price changes.

5.3 If we discover a pricing error, we will contact you to: (a) offer to continue at the correct price; or (b) cancel your order with full refund.

5.4 Payment terms: (a) Stock Products: Full payment required at checkout (b) Custom Products: Deposit may be required, with balance due before dispatch (c) B2B orders: payment terms may be available on prior approval.

5.5 We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

6. Delivery

6.1 Stock Products:

Standard delivery: 2-5 working days

6.2 Pre-order Products:

Estimated delivery: 2-8 weeks
You'll be notified when items are ready to dispatch

6.3 Custom Products:

Manufacturing time: 4-8 weeks
Shipping time: 4-8 weeks
Total estimated delivery: 8-12 weeks from order confirmation

6.5 Heavy Equipment:

Kerbside delivery included
Ground floor access required

6.6 Delivery dates are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

7. Risk and Ownership

7.1 Risk passes to you upon delivery.

7.2 Ownership passes to you upon the later of: (a) delivery of the product; and (b) receipt of full payment in cleared funds.

8. Returns and Cancellations

8.1 Consumer Rights: You have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of delivery and return products within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation.

8.2 Exceptions: (a) Custom Products cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has commenced (b) Products that have been used beyond reasonable inspection (c) Hygiene products that have been unsealed.

8.3 Return Process: (a) Contact us at info@freyjafit.co.uk for return authorisation (b) Return products in original packaging (c) Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is faulty (d) Refunds processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

8.4 Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to non-faulty returns of large equipment.

9. Warranties

9.1 Product Warranties: (a) All products: 1-year manufacturer warranty (b) Dumbbells and plates: 1-year no-break warranty (with proper use and 20mm+ flooring) (c) Barbells: 1-year no-bend warranty (d) Gym flooring: 1-year warranty against defects

9.2 Warranty Conditions: (a) Products must be used as intended (b) Proper installation and maintenance required (c) Warranty void if products are modified or misused.

9.3 Warranty Claims: Contact us with order number, product details, and description of the issue. We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

10. Installation Services

10.1 Professional installation available for gym flooring and other products.

10.2 Installation quotes provided separately and must be accepted before work commences.

10.3 Installation warranty: 6 months on workmanship.

11. Business Customers

11.1 Business customers may apply for trade accounts with extended payment terms.

11.2 Trade discounts available - contact us for quotation.

11.3 Commercial-grade products available.

12. Limitations of Liability

12.1 Nothing limits our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) anything that cannot be excluded under law.

12.2 Our total liability is limited to the greater of: (a) £50; or (b) the total amount paid for the relevant products.

12.3 We are not liable for: (a) business losses; (b) loss of profits or anticipated savings; (c) indirect or consequential losses; (d) delays beyond our reasonable control.

13. Force Majeure

13.1 We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including manufacturing delays, shipping disruptions, or supplier issues.

14. Data Protection

14.1 We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14.2 Order information may be shared with delivery partners and payment processors as necessary to fulfil your order.

15. Dispute Resolution

15.1 We aim to resolve all issues promptly and fairly.
